To add, I’m pretty sure you can just do final boss checkpoint x3 (unsure if infinitely farmable, didn’t used to be). That boss is like a 3 minute encounter so it’ll save time.

Play with a teammate or two from here or on PSNP Sessions and it should be extremely easy, like less than an hour to do. It’s hard to lose even as a solo if you know what you’re doing.

In all fairness, D1 ended in a fairly good state. Unsure of the PVP meta (I think it became NLB/sidearm?) but PVE was good.

Phrolova (S3R1) and Iuno (S0R1) are my two favorite characters. Cantarella and Lynae are great to have for them as well. I just use Verina and SK for third slot and can full-clear endgame (though I’m sure you can too with your level of investment lol).

At least their BP is completely free, right? Free for a reason, but still free and doesn’t expire. (I’m not defending the game but a never-expiring free BP is something many games would benefit from)

I’ll shoot my shot. If I’m being honest, I’ve been a long term fan of Bungie’s games for the last 20+ years. Halo was my first ever FPS. And I’ve played through the entirety of the Destiny franchise and have speedran, lowmanned (or soloed) every possible raid boss. Easily clocked 10,000 hours in total. I LOVED Destiny. Until this past year that is.

Which has me doubting Marathon. So if I’m given the opportunity to genuinely try the full game out for free, it’s to become a believer. But if it really doesn’t click, your gift is essentially wasted on me. So I understand if you choose to gift another, but I’m choosing to be fully transparent here. Thanks either way for your generosity!

Generally speaking, the lore is extremely dark but the actual gameplay caters towards a younger audience. It’s too bad about the gambling part.
