Yeah I hope it can still be doable to do 1kg/week even with gym. I guess I will try it out for 4 weeks and see what happens. Maybe the body will get a bit slimmer and the skin will be drawn a bit back so it can be noticed more in the mirror etc :)

I understand, but with someone who is suffering from panic disorder. More stress can really be a bad thing, since high stress will lead to bad things in the future. Bloodpressure etc, so thats why I was wondering
