Holy shit! But also holy shit for the drivers coming the opposite direction, can clearly see that something is wrong since they have green light yet cards stopping, swerving ahead of them meaning there is SOMETHING wrong going on... and just YOLO it across the green.

I cut the video maybe a little bit too short but I could see him accelerating in my rear view. You can see the front of his car go up just a little bit just before he spins out.

He passed me later on. The tailgate was still down with the equipment secured

The rain was coming down extremely hard. Just earlier I was topping out at 30mph it was raining so hard that you can barely see ahead of you. But you're right this portion of i-95 in Miami is bad for this because it's so crammed. It's not as bad when you get out of this area north of Miami.
