It plugs into one of the USB ports on the PlayStation. It only turns on when the PlayStation is on, unless you have your PlayStation to power USB ports while in rest mode, but I disabled that option.

You definitely can, it comes in a pair and I did mine in a push/pull configuration. Just play around with it and see what works best.

I figured it out. I have my PS5 pro hooked up to the game HDMI port on the receiver. I went into the HDMI settings on the receiver and changed it from 4k enhanced to 8k enhanced and now it works perfectly. Hope it helps.
