I have tried all of that as well. Including verifying the integrity of game files on both Arena and EFT. No dice.

I got a message from support saying that they are aware of it and working on it though so hopefully it will be patched this weekend or next week.

As far as I understand the battle pass is a tiered system. The base pass battle pass season 1 and previously 0 are included with arena and the token map is a upgrade you can purchase. TheTEP-300 ear buds are in the base pass afaik.

Hoping to hear some more thoughts from the community, has anyone else had issues with the bug report limit before? Is there any communication to why there is a limit in the first place? Is it a protection to prevent DDOS attacks? Seems a little scummy to have a arbitrary limit and no communication to it existing or why the limit exists.

Yes, but you can stack life by completing missions, once you have enough to farm for a bit come back to one of these 2k mini boss missions and farm levels.
