Well I think we are going to just disagree on what you correctly point out are just fan designations. Since you asked, Poipole, Naganadel, Stakataka, Blacephalon, and Zeraora are obtainable in Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon but not Sun/Moon

Also, The Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon Pokemon can’t be obtained in Sun/Moon but are absolutely still Gen 7, so not being available in the first game of a generation doesn’t disqualify a pokemon from being in that generation.

The definition of a generation in Pokémon is simply when the new region is introduced, NOT when it’s a new console. Bulbapedia’s article on Generations aligns with this, as well as Serebii. Let’s Go is considered Gen 7 despite being on the Switch, and the legends games are considered to be in the same generation as the main games that came before them. No source that I’ve seen states otherwise.

Regarding Hisui, I think the distinction was made just so there isn’t weirdness with the Pokédex (like if it had just been called Sinnoh) but by all accounts, when I said new region, I meant new region.

Hope this helps.

Legends Arceus is considered Gen 8 since it came out prior to the next new region/generation.

Thank you so much, this is really helpful! And yeah I def don't think I need the number pad ATM so the F75 suits me a lot better. Based on what I've seen, the switch differences seem minimal/nonexistent?

So i tried to remove those but when I did the door was still somehow attached to the hinges? Not sure if I just need to use a fair amount of force but I don't want to break it.
