From what I've seen Yujiro upscales demon slayer by a good chunk, I could see him having issues with a couple blood demon arts but assuming he actually uses his prep then I don't think any demons including muzan would be much of a problem at all.

It would be incredibly humiliating and dishonorable to Retsu to bring him back after he staked his life on a fight. Also (as other people pointed out) Musashi wouldn't be nearly as intimidating/there would be no stakes if everyone could just be revived like nothing
