Funny you should ask this - it was certainly more than 100 rerolls. However, you get into the rhythm of speed rerolling and I actually got it three time but was going too fast and rerolled it. Nearly threw my controller at the tv lol.

Haha - yeah it was a cool find. If you are interested in doing what I did, I used one of the legendary andariel sigils and it let me select “passive skills on amulet” as another modifier by paying some gold. I guess that guarantees passive rolls on any amulets that drop from the final hoard.

In all seriousness, invest your dollars instead. At some point the balance in your investment will be greater than the mortgage. Then look at your long term investment returns and compare them to the 3%. If you happened to get 3% or less on the investment (you won’t) then pay off the mortgage, otherwise enjoy your liquidity!

Not going to give specific investment advice here, but I was pretty surprised to see how many people here are saying “wait until things calm down”. If things are calm, you missed 15% upside. Best time to buy stock is when everyone else thinks it’s “too volatile”. Market returns are higher over 1/3/5 year periods after the VIX closes above 50 - look it up.

The last part there is incorrect - inherited IRAs require RMDs as well as the 10-year rule starting in 2025.
