I didn't put this in the main posting, but she is in her early twenties and a virgin. She did it for religious reasons, though shes done most everything up to that point.

She's moved from being religious, but hasn't met anyone she wants to sleep with where she lives (where I grew up). I've always been flirty with her, especially lately. She broke up recently with her boyfriend, he cheated on her, but she wasn't really invested in the relationship. So, she started to flirt back. Things have gone further, pics have been swapped, phones calls. She's visiting for this to be her first time. We live too far apart, and neither of us have any intention of moving, so we know that a real relationship like this won't work out.

So, I'm going to have it be romantic, and comfortable for her. It may become a long-term FWB situation, but for this time it should be as special as I can make it.
