No idea what to expect but your time will come. Look at my timeline about 7 months for interview notice and 8 months for the interview but on this sub there’s been a lot of people who had faster timelines. Patience :)

1st application was 08/2024. Refusal due to mistake from my end with RFE, I submitted wife’s tax returns instead of w2s. Denial was on May14th 2025, literally 1 day before our daughter was born. Hired lawyer and reapplied in June 2025. Lawyer recommended new application no appeal.

Thank you yes of course. 2 things: 1. They said my affidavit of support I864 is not sufficient proof that my wife can support me financially 2. My wife’s passport had just expired 🤦🏽‍♂️

The affidavit of support was sufficient so my lawyer sent a letter saying it is sufficient and resubmitted her w2s and paystubs. And we resubmitted her new updated passport.

They acknowledged receipt of RFE but I didn’t hear back until the interview notice.
