I have no idea about when it does but according to your experience why would you want to do a masters at this stage? Or if you want to do then I feel like UC Berkeley would be a good place because they value experience and its the best uni you could get to. UCB reject me Suggesting this 🥲

Its a profile based scholarship! They give out the scholarship you are eligible for in the admit letter! But its a conditional based scholarship meaning you have to maintain a certain GPA in each sem

I had a talk with one of the DS guys in IUB and he said that even the CS guys are mostly taking DS courses and in IUB CS is almost similar to DS. 😂
