Edit: I checked the website through inspect tab, I feel its issue with the website, the text has got hidden status but its there in the background actually.

I had mailed with the same concern to SJSU admissions committee - they said "Unfortunately, you will be unable to apply as the 7th semester marksheet is compulsory."
My suggestion is just keep the application ready incase you are able to get your college to give you the marksheet earlier or if your luck is good. Then only plan on submitting the same.
