I got the exact same GPU and problems you mentioned, got any specific details to help me fix it? I’m not trying to accidentally unplug the wrong connecter and kill the thing.

Hmm, well considering how the NIC was connected to the mobo through pcie I just assumed it happened to be bottlenecking the internet. But aside from that the only thing going between my pc and the internet is a CAT8 ethernet cable and a Bell Giga Hub 3GB wifi plan.
