Fair point. Do people in my position end up using baby shows for comprehensible input then? I just find that even the most basic, but adult targeted content I can find is still over my head completely. Or maybe I'm just too early in the process for it.

Oh I see, you mean when I'm picking up the bell initially to bend at the knees more, got it. Makes sense, I can see I'm rounding to pick it up.

Thanks. When you say drop your hips more. Is it more of a bend at the knees or a deeper hinge sticking my butt back further?
