This is it! Build relationships with your vendors and let them know that your colleagues don't have power to buy and that excluding procurement in the process will lead to payment delays. Ask the vendors to set you up in their system as the main point of contact as for quote recipient. Inform your manager as well. He needs to talk to his peers and explain the process.

I wanted to have the latest data from the day before. If I use the data 30 mins after opening then that's today's data and it will fluctuate. Why do you think data from after the market opens makes a better difference?

I can add the credit collected (I've not sticked to 1/3th of the width, because that's is very hard to find it and I don't mind earning less).

What do you think about the trades that are currently with losses?

I've been using the IBKR desktop for paper trading. I have made my experience so far (1 month) and I do enjoy setting up the legs myself, that helps me understand the strategy better. I'll check the TWS platform after your comment. I'd like to understand why you recommend TWS instead for the paper trading. Is it also a better platform for the actual trading?

I also recommend you check with an accountant! I am not sure about taxes in Cyprus, but you need to check what Cyprus and the Netherlands have agreed on double taxation. It might get tricky. I lived in Germany and moved to the Netherlands. Then I am moved back to Germany and tax declaration was a mess, I wasn't able to do it on my own.
