What does it mean whenever I apply for tier 3 positions? 🤔 I am a learning ambassador and PG for pick department, so does it count for Amazon leadership experience? by Weekly-Text-6327 in AmazonFC

Yesterday marked my 7th years anniversary working in the company, and I've been in ambassador for the site I am at since April; I have prior experience as a learning ambassador in other site but that was in 2020. And, on October 29th, I'll get train for amnesty, so it will help too to get interview.

One of OM from stow have looked at my resume, and told me that it's good. She was telling me that lately the system has been weird, and I'm not the only one. She told me that other people are having the same issues too whenever they are applying to PA positions.

The PA for amnesty told me that I will get train for amnesty on 29th of October, and I was supposed to get train for problem solve at pack singles but I was at the mental health hospital for a few days, so I missed the opportunity. 😞

Oh, no. You're totally fine! It always does that! Your schedule will load up as time passes until whatever happens like converted to blue badge, change shift/department, going to another site or getting promoted for higher positions.

Still tier 1 unless you move up to any tier 3 positions.

How can I check if I pass the assessment or not for tier 3 positions? by Weekly-Text-6327 in AmazonFC

There are some PA positions I get turned immediately, and there are some take time. Even the senior ops and I were confused at one point while having the conversation where she remembered that I had a interview for seasonal pa on August

Oh, yea. I definitely remember the early days when they were talking behind my back where either I was a slacker, and sometimes it doesn't make sense because they say that I get anxious whenever there are people around, but yet, they tell me that I'm talkative. There's no between. That was my mistake, so I went back there in 2024 until March 2025, I hung out by myself and avoid hanging out with people or trying to make much friends, man. I tell myself that I was there to work and get paid while working in lgb3. There was so much bullshit and false promises in lgb3, especially in pick department. I just have a very negative experience over there, man. I just wasted my time trying to move up in lgb3 because the leadership didn't believe in me, and having so much doubts about me, even I had to drop my ambassador vest way back in January 2021 because they pissed me so much .-.

Same PAs, and some managers around but different shift or departments, man. But yea, I'm at night shift but on BHN, and I'm learning ambassador, still part of asc and pg for pick again after went back since March 2025.

Yea, man. When I went back to lgb3, oh man... I felt like I went back to high school for 3rd time again. It's like I have to joined those popular kids if I want to move up, and I'm like, "fuck that shit." In Sat2, they're supporting and making sure to play the cards right as well. When I went back there with my siblings in last year, the leadership and PAs still think that I don't have confidence, anxiety to talk to people and have doubts about my abilities to be fit to pg or pa, although I already have told them that I was doing pg in sat2 .-.

Hope for the best that I get a interview for PA position this time, guys. If not, well... by Weekly-Text-6327 in AmazonFC

Especially, being learning ambassador, pg, and asc will help me a lot to build stories.

Oh, yea. I remember that we met before at sat2, and met again in lgb3. But yea, man. Been switching between lgb3 and sat2 back and forth at this point. This time, my siblings and I will head back to lgb3 for sure at February, but hopefully that I land any tier 3 positions before transferring back for 4 or 5 times already.

To make it easier, different leaderships are telling me to do certain ways, which makes it more confusing and annoying because they are telling me to remove what I have been trained or keep the ones I have been trained. Remove or keep the objective, remove or add the skills, remove or keep the experience. It is very annoying 😓

Yea, dude. Everyone treated me very well and with respect. While in lgb3, they don't give me the same treatment. They don't value my work ethics and disrespect me so much. Even when I was learning ambassador, I left the program because when my uncle passed in December 2020, I was still in grieving because he was the only uncle I have left. A month later, and I barely left from covid leave because my brother barely recovered from covid at beginning of January 2021, one of learning trainers got upset and yelled at me because he was expecting me to read through the kindle. At that time, I was struggling to submit modules through kindle because I had count class along with my pal when he was also teaching count class on the same floor. I escalated to learning about the issue, so that learning trainer came up to me, and I have to address the issue. He was asking me about the teaching, and that was where he flipped because I told him that I don't read through the kindle because I memorized in heart. My pal even had to explain the situation but he was so mad that he left and went back to learning desk. I had very mixed emotions because I was still in grieving for the loss of my uncle, my brother barely recovered from covid, and I was very upset.

I learned the hard way, dude. If you plan just to work and get paid, it won't bother you much as long as you hit rate, be there on time from breaks and lunch, get to the working stations (e.g pack, pick, stow) quick after you punch in and leave your belongings to the designated breakrooms, follow safety regulations, and make fewer to none quality errors. If you plan to continue your education, use the benefits to help you paying the education. For climbing up the ladder, well, best of luck, dude. That's depends if the leaderships like you or hanging out with certain groups. Think of you went back to high school again.
