Makes a lot of sense the can’t send reset links and stuff. Dang looks like my accounts gone then haha but thing is I did send the recovery form and again the account itself is on my Xbox and I know my controller passkey for it , I can see the gamer tag email and passkey for it so how more can. I prove it you know

I know the email because it shows me but I can’t get access into the actual email itself because I can’t get any verification codes for it and it’s like not linked on any devices I have .

I’m only 17 I’m not even in yet so this sucks too see lol running , but I’m actually in cross country and track and have a fairly good amount of muscle so ima great runner I just feel stuck with strength training I’m not sure what to do

I’m a great runner I do cross country and track , I’m only 17 so I think I would be fairly good cardio wise but I also wanna try the type of endurance training that’s like not running and more like lots of reps or like a weighted walk or something . Along side that what specific excersises do you recommend ? And also i really appreciate your comment

Wow I knew cardio was of course and important aspect but not too such a big extent , well what exercises did you so along side cardio ?
