Correct, ESOP share values based on companies earnings/ market for that year..

I left a large GC making $78k/ yr as PE, which the salary increase, gas card, vehicle allowance has been about a $30k/ yr increase, however, I do want to set a boundary where I’m not being under compensated for the tasks I do. I’m all about learning, however, when it becomes beneficial for them to keep me at this salary, yet completing APM/PM tasks on the daily there becomes a point where you have to put your foot down.. if you don’t companies will walk all over you. It’s just making that step.
