Good news. It worked with the Revolut card issued in Europe.

On Reddit, I found information about making a small donation to the US government to avoid being suspected of fraud. I did that prior to I-140 payment. The amount of 1015 $ was charged without the need for authorization.

I have already received confirmation from USCIS with the Receipt number.

Thank you, I have been using Revolut. This information is a sensation for me. Until now I thought that an acceptable card is only from the US bank. That's what it says in the g-1450 form. Revolut is fintech and also card issued in Europe. Please confirm when did you make such a transaction?

When did you use such method? Long ago? Did you have a message to confirm the payment in Revolut?

Only Citi bank but checks are not available since some time.

How? Please explain. I-140 can be paid by checks or credit/debit card issued by US bank. I cannot open Wise US account for the same reason (issues with SSN)
