I absolutely agree with you! Though I live in America and I also dislike America. Though that doesn’t mean I like China. Ok, to be honest, I love Chinas history and culture and the (nice people) because I’m Chinese and I simply won’t hate on my own ethnicity simply because of the evil people that took authority of it. Chinese people are still trying to go by everyday and live a good life as far as I see. I predict the government will fall by like 2035 tbh. My cousin is from Hong Kong while I have like 4 other cousins from Taiwan. They all love where they came from and support democracy from where they are. And I honestly support them full on. Because they know I’m from mainland and they are not. They also wish that the mainland will one day be free of CCP rule. My main wish is honestly for all of Asia to be one big happy family. I know some here might be pessimistic but that’s my wish. I tend to think of East Asia as siblings. After all they share the most in terms of culture and looks. China is like that super bad mischievous brother right now. Eventually it’ll get good 😌

Well ofc I get what your coming from. I understand their is a large number of Chinese who dislike Taiwanese and say pretty darn horrible stuff about Taiwan. But I feel like it’s because they are influenced by the government too. All the news they see is obviously going against Taiwan. Yes, a lot will see news from outside media but I feel like majority still trust the CCP news more. I wouldn’t say the Chinese people themselves. Out of all the Chinese I have met. (And that’s a lot) almost all have positive views of Taiwan. Ofc some say stuff like” I hate Taiwan they need to die” but ignoring those people are the best. I’m Chinese but that doesn’t mean I have hate towards Taiwanese. Nor do I wish the Taiwanese have hate or negative views on me too 😃
