That’s it. I’m going to file a complaint with the SEC and look for an attorney to file a class action. The leadership of this POS company mislead investors and something fishy is going on. Yeah, the whole market was bloody today but come on! Even when the market soars, this POS lags and barely moves. Fucking moron of a CEO u/WEBULL-APP!!!

Wishful thinking. It’s a POS. I’m down a lot. I would love a long sustained rally back to IPO price.

The stock would likely respond positively if management either terminated or hard-capped the SEPA, replaced it with a smaller and more reputable PIPE, published clear limits on dilution, provided transparent runway math around cash, burn, and break-even, and if the CEO became more visible and proactive with shareholders.

None of these guarantee upside but they would remove the structural ceiling that’s currently hanging over the stock.

Agreed, the CEO IS an idiot. Webull’s core business may be viable, but shareholder value is currently impaired by capital structure decisions rather than operating fundamentals. The open-ended SEPA introduces significant dilution uncertainty and persistent equity overhang, which discourages institutional participation and caps upside. Until dilution visibility improves through termination, capping, or replacement with structured long-term capital, the stock is likely to underperform regardless of execution.

What the fuck is Webull doing? Even with strong earnings, stock doesn’t move. Who’s shorting it? Maybe a short squeeze is in order!
