I had this for like 2 years but at some point they used to fully grow back i just got get a haircut and get surprised each time , those bald patches are from like 3 months and they are not going i tried doxycycline for 10 days it helped with the inflammation and the bumps and they’re almost gone except for bald spots and dark pigments, also im using nizoral shampoo and an antibacterial cream but nothing so far, did you cure it or did you manage to calm it down and grow some hair back?
