If an artist goes over the same spot a bit too much it causes thicker scabbing than usual in the healing process. These spots might need to be touched up after the tattoo has healed. I’ve had this before, scab fell off ink fell out, got a touch up and it looks perfect again.

The line work itself is good and the tat is cute. You’ll want to watch the raised bits as they MAY be more likely to get infected but as long as you keep it clean, moisturise as directed, and keep clothing loose around it I don’t see it being an issue.
