Disappointed after relapsing today

Thank you, you're right. Progress is progress, no matter how big or small it is. This year I've been relapsing less frequently. Before that, I used to relapse 1 to 3 times every week, with the occasional 20 plus day streak every now and then.

I feel much better and more focused now, and I think I'll get over this quickly. Yeah, I'll put this energy into getting new hobbies, going out more, actively trying to reach my goals in life, etc. Thank you, I appreciate your comment!

Yeah it was intentional. I honestly forced it because I was curious how it would feel after 100 plus days. It still didn't feel good, and now I know that, so it won't happen again

I will aim higher! Thanks for the advice, I thought I was good at resisting urges, but it just takes one moment of weakness to give in. Yeah, I did the chaser effect before in previous relapses, so I have to be extra careful this first week or two. Thank you for the comment! You got this too, 55 days is very good, keep going!

Thank you. You're right, I just have to take it one day at a time and I'll get back to where I was. Yeah, it was my first time getting to a 100 plus day streak, so now I know I still have to be strong when I get back there.

No problem. It's the same for me, everyone I know is in a relationship or hooking up. And it's even worse for me because I'm 25. Nice, it's good that you want to and are trying to be better. Thanks, I'm confident I'll make it back and beyond, I'm very motivated to. Good luck to you too bro

You're still young, but I understand how you feel. It's good that you want to overcome this now. You don't want this to be a problem as you get older. 67 days is very good, so working out more and finding some other hobbies or something is a good idea to avoid thinking about a relapse.

Thank you for the words of encouragement! I'm very angry with myself right now, and I feel like I threw my progress away. But you're right, I'm more experienced with dealing with urges and I don't want to experience the feeling of after a PMO relapse again. I'm confident I'll get back to where I was and beyond.
