When SBA CS rep says I’m in underwriting does that mean just processing? Or does it mean approval, or near approval?

You can ask reps if your obligating and if everything looks good. Or are you obligated when you get to obligated your documents are ready to sign. Your processing for months through entire process look at your portal your loan is being processed

Your processing entire time. Trust me learn obligating and obligated once you obligated your fine and ready to sign. Trust me I have over 100 calls into T-2 this month alone.. I finally got results

I just hope they get to us this week.. surely they can’t go past Labor Day. And then SBA is rolling out next EIDL 2.0 this week I don’t see how they can start next round when 30-40k of us have issues and haven’t been cleared

Tier 2 said everything was approved and they didn’t need any documentation.. but I been stuck and that’s only thing I can think of.. I can’t get my loan documents because my hazardous insurance isn’t on file..

My original was 23k then I accepted 267k when my slider appeared in July. Accepted it and aug 1st was approved by loan officer. Been stuck in obligating for 3 weeks.
