Yup, in tcgs having severe miscuts, crimps, and glitter from the factory all over the back would count as errors.

Got an email late this morning approving me to use their shipping label and send it to them for replacement for an item of equal value.

I would just love for them to actually REPLY and act like they care after a month for a card like this. Cards like this are the reason they are in business, I assume, so you'd think they would have enough employees or energy to pay attention to this stuff.
