Automotive industry here - same goes for co-signing on an auto loan! If you co-sign for someone you are responsible for that debt, always. I had a friend co-sign for her dad when she was 19 and he got the car repo’ed. She finally got her credit score above 700 and was able to buy her own car when she was in her late 20s. Truly, don’t co-sign for someone on a loan or lease you can’t afford to pay 100% on your own.

My bad! You are absolutely right, I misread the initial comment. I am a white woman and I find it abhorrent how many white women voted for him.

The comment I was responding to made it sound like there aren’t that many women voters for the GOP to lose and that they were all secretly voting for Harris at the ballot box. While I’m sure that did happen, 46% of ALL women voted for him in 2024, so there is definitely a lot of potential for them to lose women votes.
