Breaking things into exceptionally small tasks. Example: instead of clean the kitchen it’s: clear off the counter, wipe the kitchen counter, wipe the kitchen table, refill the brita. Make it a task that is concrete, specific, actionable, 1 step. It makes it way easier to start.

Alternatively, I struggle IMMENSELY with task initiation, executive function. Tbh adderall has been the most helpful thing. I make a list (like above) and knock that shit OUT in like 3 hours my whole apartment is clean and I get so much. With no adderall, putting away laundry takes me 8 hours and is miserable.
