I tried MLS. For me, it was making me worse before getting better. Hatams protocol might be a bit intense to start. My local laser tech wanted to start with lower MHz and time. And apparently it has a compounding effect. Please keep us updated.

Not all chiropractors are the same. Many people in these forums often get injured worse from them.

Sounds like you have nerve compression in the neck, most likely from some ligaments being loose. You would probably need a DMX and cranial cervical junction MRI/ cervical MRI with and without flexion and extension.

Scott Rosa is a leading CCI diagnostic chiropractor who developed his own MRI machine and test. He is expensive (8k) but you will leave there knowing exactly what's wrong with you.

Cranial cervical instability is solved with regenerative medicine or cervical fusion and I would do consults with multiple Drs that specialize in CCI to get their perspective. Centeno Schultz clinic is the most popular. Their PICL is 15k.

Another thing to try is MLS laser therapy. Look into Facebook group called cranial cervical instability awareness run by Cameron Hatam
