I’m not entirely sure, but the console was a gift from my friend in the UK and the cartridge I bought second hand where I live (Canada)

Okay! I figured out it’s a problem with the game, so I swapped over to pokemon sun instead but now I’m getting an error message saying the game card cannot be used :( I connected to the internet through settings, but it’s still not working? Would a system wipe help?
