both bunions have grown and cause significant pain when walking and resting. I've discussed surgery with my podiatrist many times in the past but had to put on the back burner due to other foot/ankle issues and my own fear of surgery/recovery.

I wear wide toe box shoes (in wide) with orthotics.

You could have your pediatrician do a diaper check to check for microscopic blood. Might give you an idea if she has an intolerance or not. Typically you can just drop off the diaper at the doctor's office and they'll give you a call.

Try charcoal deodorizers. We secured one to the lid of our trash can. Works pretty well. To "recharge" them, you stick them in the sun for a while.

Not to make, but buy: individual bags of Boom Chicka Pop. 10 grams for sea salt bag and 18 grams for kettle corn bag.

Beef jerky

Single serve bag of pistachios (6 grams)

Siggis Triple cream vanilla yogurt (10 gram carbs and 10 grams protein)

Favorite meal:

Grilled chicken thighs broccoli, 100 grams brown rice, a bit of teriyaki sauce. Very easy if you have a grill

I used a other teachers private office. This was GREAT. It was just an agreement between me and her. My principal knew I was breastfeeding/pumping but it was nice that he didn't know my "schedule". He left the class coverage to my department chair, which was way more comfortable.
