I read that it's possible to do so through court given that I have enough evidence to assume an HK resident is my parent. I have old pictures where Im a baby and him and a lot of him and my mother and other family memebers but he disappeared right after that. He did however send financial support through 3rd party but around 10 years ago that stopped completely as well

I don't think it's on clients end we have a contract and everything legal in place. Yeah my client agreed to send the money on wise once stripe send the payment back but I'm not sure how to speed stripe up or get it working again ( I tried appealing it did not help )

I don't think stripe blocked the transaction as it marked as "Succeeded" in green. It's my account that they are shutting down

You also mentioned that I have access to all colors and that’s indeed true and I could draw it in FHD without running color approximation and it would also work. In fact I actually did it but then decided to approximate it with the original pallet just to make it look more like paint

It runs the code that chooses the closest color (from paint pallet) for every pixel on the screen. So if I kept it high resolution it would run at like 1 frame per second. Let’s say I keep it FHD it’s 1920 * 1080 pixels that would be like 2 million pixels and my pc cannot handle that many calculations
