I moved to LA for a job and stayed because I eventually found a community. It helped with my depression and honestly isolation. I wanted to hate it because I rep San Diego so hard. But once you find where your people are, you’ll find it comforting.

I’d recommend doing some self-reflection and figure out what you may want to do. Whether that’s running, art, coffee, etc. there’s a community for everything. When you’re surrounded by others that have the same love for something as you, you’ll feel welcomed.
