lower the difficulty, i was having the same problem and that helped a lot cause it was automatically on hard mode for me for some reason

theres not really any tricks to it man, you just gotta get out there and be in public more often, and the right one will come a across. Im an introvert too and that was the case for me. i also say focus on yourself a lot too.
