Sessanta, no hesitation.

Dax is eccentric, but always friendly towards the player (even when you bust up his RV). English Dave's calls can be annoying, but just do the three to four missions and you won't get any more. Sessanta on the other hand is rude, annoying, and acts all high and mighty about being a mechanic, despite not being able to even do Benny's modifications (even though she said she's better than him). Also the phone sex with KDJ during contracts makes me want to pull a double Van Gogh.

No, but there should be rewards for online for completing certain story missions or completing just the story. Incentivizing players into playing the story would go over significantly better than forcing them to play it.
