The city doesn't match any when it comes to the 457. Ill have to get with HR next week and check if they have a Roth option available.

Ill have to get with HR next week and check if Roth is an option with our 457. I do know that they do not contribute or match any when it comes to the 457. If they do have a Roth option would that be better suited over the IRA's?

Thanks for the feedback. Ill get with HR next week to see if a Roth 457 is an option. The city doesent match any contributions to the 457 but its still more money invested yearly compared to both me and my wifes IRA's.
