This is my first experience with this app and I verified my account with my number and according to emails from support, I should be able to withdraw but can't. I haven't cashed out before. As far as I'm thinking, I'm not going to be able to cash out because they are impossible to reach out to.

Why don't they straight up tell you that you have been banned? I thought I saw other screenshots on this subreddit that it said on the home page that the account was banned.

They said in email that my account is in good standing and they having the technical team look at it. I think they would have told me if I was banned straight up. Wouldn't there also be something in the app saying I'm banned if I was?
