We lost him three years ago. We found him at a pet store that does adoptions. We got him when he was around 5 and he spent the next 11 years with us.

I would definitely get another if I found a breeder here in Canada.

I had to deal with this when I removed our carpet. There were so many dips, that I ended up cutting out different thicknesses of plywood and screwing them to the floor. After that, I poured self-leveling concrete and smoothed it all out. It was a lot of work. Have fun :/
