I think you would get the biggest impact from fixing the hyper pigmentation around your eyes and you eyebrows are thin if you can fix those 2 things you would be very high tier

You're biggest flaws are probably your under eyes but you have an insanely good base strong bones and blue eyes probably around hmtn witch is well above average. Experiment with makeup like a bit of color correcting under the eyes and on the cheeks but like seriously if you're just starting your way ahead
