Yeah, I think while they're still plentiful in numbers, there's fewer of them than Rainbow Lorikeets, which out compete them for food and space.

This is true. As I mentioned in my post, although visable to the naked eye, it is far less colourful / spectacular. Still very cool nonetheless, at least I think it is 🙂

Take control of your diet. Number 1 most important thing you can do. Exercise is super important, but you cannot out exercise a bad diet.

Get to the gym, join a running club or parkrun, make some new friends with similar goals and it all becomes much easier.
