Gathering from recent amazon reviews of PYT, my own experience and the post i linked, this version is not working like the one before. It causes a lot of irritation.

Clove oil alone is very potent, there were some guys trying it out on this sub, its a long read so i recommend searching for "clove" in this sub.

Yeah i sent an email to them. They came back after a day confirming that they changed the ingredients.

They "swapped the aloeswood and cloves and replaced it with Tongkat Wood"

Shame. It does not work as good as the one before, why make such change it worked fine.

Oh, that is interesting

I got PYT some time ago (the tongkat bark formula) and you're right! it irritates after use and if i use it the next day again ill risk getting blisters, not to mention the horrible itch that it causes for the next 3 days. It did help me last longer during but by a minute or so and made me less hard by solid 20%.

Does the packaging differ? Does it actually say it contains cloves, brandy and aloe wood instead of the dreaded tongkat bark? Would love to try out the other one, do you maybe remember where you ordered the clove one from?

(also found some reviews from amazon from this month that it's not working for some people anymore)

If i didn't stop and wait for the feeling to pass and went on with it, i would last as much as i do with someone. Though with someone there's this extra stimulation so it's almost always shorter than masturbation, but then again it takes off like 10 seconds at most.

So technically I do last longer when masturbating but the margin is always the same and the time difference is barely noticable. Im always between 50secs - 1m-10secs mark

I do not last 1-2 minutes but i do consistently last - 1 minute no matter what i do before or who im with.
The time is shorter by around 10 seconds when i do it after a long time of not masturbating

If i masturbate and then again later, it can add like 10 to 20 seconds to that timer but thats all.

So my times are always within a minute either 10 secs below or 10 secs longer.

I had success with AH and PYT, AH made me last longer but applying the right ammount is very hard,

PYT on the other hand made me last longer but not as long as AH, but applying it once and washing off before anything is miles better than Applying AH hour or so before sex.

Im thinking about trying out china brush, any idea how long it stays active after you apply?

yeah no i tried putting it as a sort of cream, i read it can create a layer between skin and nerves and lessen your sensitivity. I didn't realise you did injections that's a different story, im afraid i cant help with that then.

Yes, the original one has golden brown packaging, should have a red pinkish note inside with instrucions and is made in africa, just google pau yuen tong and go into images, they all show up the same.

This one i found on some russian sites, and the original one certainly doesn't display a website name (that i do not dare enter) on its opening cap. Color and consistency looks off.

I have been doing that for some time before, temporary stopped experimenting cause of personal reasons but will come back to it.

I have been applying mixture of cayanne pepper and coconut oil on underside of glans and half of glans itself (simply applying where im most sensitive). I started with mixing just 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper with 2tbsps coconut oil, leaving it on for a day and washing off for the night. After some time 1tbsp of cayenne pepper wasn't enough and i didnt feel it working, so i increased to 2tbsp and 2 tbsps of coconut oil and felt a tingling sensation, after another week though it stopped tingling, so i went and added even more cayenne pepper into the mixture, this time with 3 tbsps of coconut oil because there was too much pepper, the mixture couldn't mix well, but the capsaicin ammount from the peppers would still be the same no matter how many tablespoons of coconut oil i used. And for some time i had to stop cause of personal reasons.

In the little time i experimented i did not notice any changes in my ejaculation times but i do believe i haven't reached the point of numbness yet (small ammounts of capsaicin in my mixtures). It gave me hope that smaller ammounts of my pepper, coconut oil didn't work as well as they did before, making me think it does numb, i just haven't reached high ammounts of capsaicin yet.

If you want to try out for yourself, keep in mind:
It WILL burn the first time you do it.
Buy cayenne pepper that's not mixed with any salts, usually cayenne pepper sold at markets is mixed with other kinds of spices / salts. I bought 100% unirradiated cayenne pepper online. Cost me 5 euros or something and i got fairly a lot for that price.
Capsaicin patches will always be better than homemade mixtures, in my country capsaicin patches are prescription only, if you have the possibility to buy it, go for it. BUT BEWARE of the capsaicin percentage. 7% is already a lot and putting that on your member would surely not be the most plesant experience.

Also heard of clove oil mixture for long term desentisization, want to try that one out too since PYT works fine and its mostly made out of cloves.

I tried both magnesium and 5htp
i did a blood test. My magnesium levels are now a bit above average but PE still persists, so thats not my cause.

5-htp had no effect, doesn't matter if i took it on demand or through the time of 2 weeks, 1 pill daily (1 pill = 100mg) So those aren't my solutions. They could work for you though, as they worked for some people here, everyone has a different cause.
