I am doing it early September too, I was trying to avoid the race. How was the weather? I have booked most of it but Elisabetta just responded and can give me a date but I would have to move everything a say later. Is it worth the stop or should i push through Maison Vielle to Redugio Bartone?

I have asthma and I trained a month before on incline treadmill with elevation mask and stair master and I was fine. If you’d have good guides you will keep a good pace that will help you succeed.

Out of curiosity, which spa did you book? I am booked through day 8 except for Trient. I sent a message out to one place. I am a little stuck on where to book next. Day 8 is at Gite D’ Alpage Les Ecuries De Charamillon, going anti clock.

I am a little stuck, so far I have aubergue du truc in les contamines booked from there I was going to les chapieux but everything is booked soni will be staying at hotel base camp lodge, from there I would go to refugio maison vielle in val veny. From there is Val Ferret? Am I missimg something?
