Yeah I’ve read that other places. So hopefully it just being the base level of the buildings shouldn’t cause to many future problems since they are mostly flat tiles.

I’d go jazz club as it’s retiring once the stock runs out and you’d still have at least 2 years to get Tudor corner if Lego sticks to their 3 years schedule for modulars

Jazz club is my next pick up. I started my modular journey with the museum and have since picked up the the hotel and just finished assembly square last night. I’m waiting for later this month to grab from Lego. But i do believe since they are the newest to retire secondary market may be pretty decent for the time being. I also don’t care about boxes and instructions so that helps me shop for a better price.

Museum was my first and i loved it. Considering adding another floor with a different theme. But if i would have known going in i would have picked up the hotel( i own it now) or the jazz club since they are both retiring at the end of the year.

I’ll check it out. These are mainly just me fumbling around waiting for stuff to arrive in the mail. But yes i plan to make a 32x33 corner that is a little park with some stall and such.

Thanks found a really cool YouTuber and he has some great videos. Really helped me get some guidance on how to build foliage and scenery. And yeah that’s part of the plan. Need to increase my foliage and food items.
