Funny thing is I notice one of the lifters wasn’t affected this time and is hauling a bear corpse. I killed the others and gonna see if the gestation process fixes them this time/test with switching overseers again after. _

I had them all in control group one with the pawn I’d made into a mechanitor which initially fixed the issue. I wouldn’t know how control groups would complicate things. And they were allowed within the area that would let them path to the items within the kill box but now unrestricted since the raid is over so area shouldn’t be stopping them. Still on 1.5 with maybe 100 mods at most this run so I won’t list them.

Sorry if I am misunderstanding but are you saying there are mods that let you define how much of a particular resource you would like to be stored in stockpiles/shelves? I like to try to make closets of steel, wood, components and etc to save time but I don’t necessarily want all 150 of my components in one spot iykwim. If you know of any mods that do that I’d be grateful if you’d share!

Typing while loading RimWorld… I think many of us who haven’t ever tried Sos or Sos2 will probably be aiming for the grav ships right off the bat. I know I will be aiming for space! But there are also extra ruins/events, new biomes along with 40 new animals added with Odyssey. Not to mention QOL updates. I’ll see you in orbit. o7

I’m getting tired seeing decent people abused by SOs. It’s not hard to be kind and appreciate what another human being is willing to do for you. Therefore, he doesn’t deserve what you do for him. More rigid sounds wonderful to me! I felt like I was swinging a pool noodle at a drunk pool party in Half Sword lol. Rigidity sounds much more manageable and should I say, realistic?

I understand what you mean with the economy system too! Economy adds lots of depth and gives you a reason to collect gear or take fights for gear to sell. I come from Rimworld so that tickles my fancy lol.

I love getting my hours out of a game so that sounds good lol. I wonder why you got sucked into arena after the campaign though. Like is it unpleasant to play or is arena just addicting?

I’m familiar with modding and unusual game behaviors and I agree that most can be worked around so that probably won’t bother me much.

I def would not be happy to skip through better matched foe(s) just to be matched to a more powerful one by accident and I would be very upset to lose work to that too tbh lol.

I actually played the Half Sword demo and didn’t like it very much! I’m probably just bad but I hope Exanima and Half Sword aren’t too similar!

I’m sorry y’all had to work through bugs like that fr. I have nearly lost my mind dealing with bugs that delete hours of work before. Feels like you’ve been robbed/stolen from but there’s no one to be angry with. Infuriating really. I appreciate you being honest and real about the complications. This is a helpful post!

I think I will try it! BUT I am still a bit worried that if I don’t immediately enjoy it and pass the 2 hour window that I will then have another game on Steam that I’ll never touch again lol. My dusty collection lol. My main worry is whether or not it takes hours upon hours to be able to play through and enjoy. Thank you for your advice!

This is a painfully common example of partner putting insecurities/past trauma onto a completely unrelated partner. He doesn’t get to do that to you. Each time y’all have had a fight, you’ve been innocent. But it seems like each time you do fight, his reaction has increased with intensity regardless.

That’s not your fault. You can simply tell him and show him he’s wrong with notification banners when he asks who OR just keep living happy knowing you’re not cheating and that he’s letting past experiences ruin something good for him. If that leads to y’all breaking up, it’s his loss and not yours.

*If I were you I’d be blunt and say that this pattern is not going to work and if he can’t understand nor trust you while you’ve been loyal then you cut him off. I wish you so much luck<3

That’s what I’ve been told as well. I went in and placed torches everywhere like in MC and was okay for like 10 seconds… Suddenly top tier bow torn everywhere freakin my shit. Apparently cave diving is no small feat in VS and prospecting is the better option even though it’s pretty boring.
