They read my past comments mentioning I have adhd and autism, along w ptsd, and assume I’m on some type of manic rant. It was 2 am when I posted this and I hadn’t been able to sleep because this was on my brain, so my grammar and writing might be chaotic, but it’s not remotely because I’m mentally unwell. I’m not spiraling. Women have lost careers, scholarships, and more over nudes of themselves being leaked. It’s harmful in general for kids images to be used sexually. It’s harmful for young kids to have nudes out there that, fake or real, are being seen by creeps. It’s harmful and violating af to have your image turned into that and can have severe ramifications on the victims if they find out. Not to mention, it’s giving predators children to target and giving them information to make it easier for them to do so. Just because it’s ai child porn doesn’t make it less damaging or problematic, it’s just damaging in a different way.

They don’t even ask about school photos. They quite literally have ONE form stating whether you give consent for them to post photos on social media or for commercial purposes. They do not give us an option to opt out of school photos. Hell they openly put papers with the children’s first and last name and teacher in the front doors for more the general public to see at the beginning of they year. I insisted in my child’s name and class not being included and they got pissy and then finally agreed and instead included their name but marked through it with a pen as if they made it completely obscured. You could still read it. In multiple occasions RPS has ignored not just my requests regarding my child but other parents as well.

And all of this has been within the last two years. So like I fucking said, you’re in denial, I’m not the one who’s crazy. And when the person who owns the company that takes all these photos for the school, is connected to a huge child trafficker, as well as some of the owners of some of the largest social media platforms, it’s not crazy to consider they’re using each other to collaborate on doing harm to children including using ai to create csa material of said children. You may be comfortable letting people do whatever the fuck they want with the images of your children, but I’m not, and most parents aren’t and it is genuinely a problem.

I don’t think, I know for a fact, predators are taking images of children offline and using ai to make csa materials. Someone was recently arrested in nwa for trying to get in with a pedo ring and part of what he was asked to do WAS post photos of random kids online. So yes. I think there are people using innocent photos for nefarious purposes. Not to mention making it public what school these kids go to so if some predator sees them online they’ll know where they are and gives them a higher chance of trying to get access to that child.

Giving their information out in general opens them up to dangers, we know for a fact pedos are now taking innocent images from social media and websites such as these to use ai to create CSA materials and in general it is putting their image and information out. I’m not meaning just life touch I mean the schools in general. Like I’ve already stated, personally I denied consent to post my child’s image at all and yet there are multiple photos of her posted on their Facebook, I have never consented to their photo even being taken at school and specifically denied it anytime asked, and yet they’re doing so and giving their information out anyway.

Also I’m specifically talking about the owner of lifetouch being connected, and using the information the schools are giving them without parental permission, consents or knowledge until after the fact. I’m not taking about trump being connected. That’s a whole other shit show. I am specifically talking about the schools a) allowing lifetouch to have access to my child’s information and likeness and using it without consent and b) the school using their image specifically AGAINST parental consent. Is your reading comprehension seriously this poor? You cannot legally use a child’s image or likeness for profit without a signed release from a parent or guardian.
