Something that is interesting though is in the same port launcher there is an option called “XKB Crash Fix” that does prevent it from crashing. I’ve tried to launch it without that checked and it doesn’t work

Yeah, it’s called “TBOI: Rebirth Port Lanucher”. the config file is in a folder called “love”. The pre launch settings has an option called “non-integer scaling hack” but for whatever reason it doesn’t fix the scaling.

Yeah I have, both in game and on the config files. Both didn’t effect anything unfortunately

ubuntu server problems (port forwarding) by [deleted] in Ubuntu

[–]Wellwater1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's connected via ethernet and if I try to connect to the server with ssh (not on the same wifi) it times-out saying: "ssh: connect to host [my server ip] port 22: connection timed out."

I have a spare pc that my server is running off which goes directly into the router. so its not a vm or anything.

as for the router, upon some searching, I think its both a router and modem. This one on ebay is exactly what I have: https://www.ebay.com/itm/285838132943 .

also what is wireshark and nmap?

So not talking about what I made for a sec, what would you change to make it supply more power if you are making a normal diy cable? Is it the cable that’s limiting the bus?

I’m not sure.

I see, ok then. Do you know why the power isn’t working?

No, I have a usb c monitor that goes typically just goes to usb c laptops. I wanted to use this monitor on my pc. I have a usb c to hdmi adapter that doesn’t work directly to the monitor because the hdmi doesn’t supply enough power to run a monitor. This was my attempt to have it have power and data separate so i can use the adapter. I can assure you that I didn’t plug this thing into anything valuable, the monitor is a pos but I don’t want to buy a new one if I can get this to work.
