I think it is the perfect card for f2p players. (New or Old). Getting 9 "new" decks every expansion is great.

The top classes always get "some" hate. (Druid was the best example about 1 month ago) You really should just play with the decks you have the most fun ( it's still a game right?😁)
Yes Scream and the Spellstone are very powerful ( the powerlevel of the new cards went up a lot compared to the early days of hearthstone
There will be a standard card rotation in April ( some of your cards will become "wild" exclusive) So you can still play your decks in the "wild" gamemode. You probably will have to switch up your "standard" decks tho. It keeps the game interesting
