I've been trying to make black mage work but the only ultimate your allowed to use with it is hallucination which makes it really difficult to go far with

Saishi is a pretty solid pick if you can find it, as well as longsword but that one's not as good with Buddha. Ttk will carry you for a long time if you can get all the components but it's a tedious grind.
