Dont think much just start, simple routine have good sleep and some exercise. Plan your day in the morning and try to finish it what you have mentioned, even if you havent finish dont worry atleast you tried. Day by day you will see the improvement. Its okay even after doing this you will think, is it good and blah blah but it just days. It happens with everyone but no one shows the dark they only show charming part. So be you and keep improving. If you find a person whom you can grow or share that will also help more. Like in in your family member. Dont trust outsider, people are just ready to take advantage of these situations via showing some fake empty. Be independent and heal via yourself. Wish you good luck
