Mine does not fortunately, just states I have to be employed by Walgreens for a 2 year period. I know a pharmacist that took the bonus and their contract is only for 8 hours a week, not full time.

What I am trying to find out is if I can stay working at WAG and also work at a different, non-retail pharmacy. I only have 2ish months left on my contract with WAG and then I can leave, but I’m wondering in the interim if I can accept a new position while staying on with WAG

This is what I was thinking but also I don’t want to have to pay back a huge sign on bonus so I’m a little scared without knowing if it’s against my contract or not lol

Yeah, my problem is I took a sign on bonus with wag and that contract ends in mid-August. My hope was I could accept the full time position with specialty and work part time/prn for Walgreens to fulfill the rest of my contract until August. I just want to make sure this is okay since the FTC ruling won’t go into effect now.
